Store Policies

SHIPPING

White Flower Farmhouse ships via the United States Postal Service or UPS.  Our shipping policy is to charge just the exact postage required.  We can give you an estimated price when you order.  Items ship out within one week, unless otherwise specified.  And, yes -- we ship internationally!

ITEMS FOR IN-STORE PICKUP

We are not able to ship furntiture at this time.  Furniture is available for local pickup at the shop, or for delivery on Long Island and within NYC.  Delivery charges start at $20 for local delivery, to $100 for delivery in NYC.  Please call or email to arrange for pickup or delivery. 

PAYMENT

We are happy to accept a credit card or to process payment through paypal -- whichever you prefer. 

EXCHANGES/RETURNS

If for any reason you are not  happy with your purchase, email or call us to discuss return and exchange options. 

OUR INVENTORY

Many of our items are hand picked, one of a kind finds.  Our items are offered both online and in our brick and mortar store, on a first come first serve basis.  Our inventory changes often and quickly -- so please don't hestitate to let us know if you see something you like!

We also offer many unique, hand crafted items made from refound and reworked barnwood and fabrics.  These items will have their own characteristic variations, and may need an extra day or two to make.  We will give you the details when you order!
